

Today, the Supreme Election Commission organised a working meeting for students of Batumi State University. The meeting was held within the framework of the "Visit State Institutions" project. The chairperson of the SEC, Parmen Jalaghonia, informed students about the Supreme Election Commission's activities, technological innovations, and their importance in developing a democratic society.
At the end of the meeting, SEC member Irakli Gvarjaladze demonstrated new technologies, the verification procedure, voting, and vote-counting machines in practice. The participants took part in mock elections.
